EnClose® TelA Protelomerase

Product Information

EnClose TelA Protelomerase is a telomere resolvase that cuts dsDNA at a 50 bp recognition sequence and leaves covalently closed ends at the site of cleavage through hairpin formation. A minimal 26 bp sequence can also be utilized by the enzyme while retaining full activity.

Product Source:

An E. coli strain that carries a recombinant plasmid encoding an engineered TelA Protelomerase from the Gram-negative bacteria Agrobacterium tumefaciens and retains an N-terminal 8x His-tag.

This product is related to the following categories:

Closed-ended DNA & Protelomerases
